Policy and Practice Development Manager
Key and Community Lifestyles currently provide person-centred support to over 2000 people across 15 local authority areas. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who understands and is committed to the ethos of personalisation and Self-directed Support and can help us to respond to development opportunities through tendering, partnership working and creative service design.
As an experienced social care practitioner, the post holder will also lead the on-going development of policy and practice which promotes and supports outcome focused person-centred working and ensures continual improvement across everything we do. Find out more
Staff Development Officer
This post is ideally suited to someone with a strong background in social care and a proven track record in delivering high-quality training. They will have experience of producing engaging staff learning and development content ideally across different formats, including face-to-face training, multi-media and e-learning. Find out more
Both posts are based in and around Glasgow but will involve some travel across Scotland.
